Right of withdrawal
Our patterns are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. Therefore, purchases of digital patterns cannot be withdrawn once delivered.

Faulty patterns
You have a 2-year right to complain about faults under Danish law. If you find an error in a pattern, please contact us at contact@femiknit.com as soon as possible after discovering it. We will send you a corrected pattern. If we cannot fix the error, you are entitled to a refund.

Delivery
After your payment is completed, you will receive your pattern as a PDF by email and/or download link.

All patterns are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell or publish the pattern, in whole or in part, without our written permission. If you sell items made from our patterns, we kindly ask you to credit Femiknit as the designer.
